Coolers on the way!!

Heyy guys!! i hope u all are doing fine ...im extremely sorry for not writing on regular basis and being unpunctual was a bit caught up wid home chores and family! but do not worry i will make it up to u guys as u all are soo supportive and encourage us to write more each day.

As most of you must be knowing im a resident of Dubai but a north indian (originating from Delhi) coolers like nimbu pani(lemonade), meethi lassi(sweetened buttermilk), khus sherbat and aamras (mango pulp syrup) are a very comman part of my daily life. (to all the indians out there, guyss chai too!! but we talking about coolers here! :P)

Lets talk in deatail!!

Nimbu Pani:
This is one of the most comman thirst quenchers of the world. the lemon minty flavour with crushed ice undoubtedly is the best combination to relax your body and calm your mind from your daily life stress. (yess its my favourite! whats yours??)

Meethi lassi: *(all the punjabis out there your most welcome to skip this part!!)
okaii soo this drink is very comman in a punjabi household, its made of fresh buttermilk and sugar syrup to keep a good balance of flavours as usually punjabi food is filled with spices like red chillis, green chillis ,black pepper and so on.

khus sherbat:
this is one of the coolers of ancient times (mughal rule),its a dark green syrup with a woodsy flavour and scent. Its made from the extract of vetiver grass or the "khus grass." (Its pretty famous in mumbai guys!)

Aamras
This is a very comman dessert in a rajasthani or a gujrati household specially during festivals.its made of fresh mango pulp with added sugar syrup. its either eaten with chappatis(flatbread) or just plain alongside dinner.(its very thick to be known as a drink but as we are talking about coolers this has to be mentioned!)

Soo i hope you enjoyed reading and you can let us know what you would like to know about in the comment section below!! and also a big thank you for being such wonderful readers and encouraging us to keep writing.

your friend,
         Rashmika Goel.
